Role ObjectiveThis position will focus on creating ROI driven and measurable marketing programs for high impact and viral in nature for exponential growth of the company. We are looking for someone who is passionate, high-energy person, go-getter and obsessive about brand, data and metrics.The company is growing at lightning speed and the Marketing Head is expected to thrive in a fast paced environment with superb marketing and brand building skills. Role & ResponsibilitiesHandling Marketing operations world-wide for the brand.Marketing, Advertising, PR, ATL / BTL / OOH, digital marketing, Sales support, market research, New product development, New launches, Media planning and buying, Creative strategy, Brand Strategy etc.Develop brand communication for corporate, consumer engagement, brand visibility, product visibility, Sales management, Scheme formulation, experiential marketing, tie up with related business organizations for cross promotional initiatives.Own complete responsibility to create Brand Identity and devise Go-to-Market Strategy.Develop and implement creative, effective and successful marketing plans for beauty accessory products including research to launch new products and refresh existing products.Ensure brand positioning through innovative initiatives that lead to strong customer association and unique experience with the company.Monitor Brand Value Proposition, Brand Activation, Marketing Strategy and Advertising Concepts and Packaging for the Category and develop campaigns around them to improve the Market Share and reach of the products to target institutions.Drive integrated marketing activities that are consistent across client touch points.Partner with Account Mgt teams to develop digital/ traditional marketing solution strategy spanning across Web analytics, SEM, SEO, SMO, Display, Affiliate networks, Social media marketing, site experience optimization (MVT/ A-B Testing) and COP etc.Forecast ROI and create high level strategic plans that drive strong ROI.Advise Account Mgt. teams on new digital marketing opportunities and trends in the industry.Analyze client business data and define business solution.Marketing/ Sales solution oriented with focus on lead generation, sales, client acquisition, branding, collaborating to build the final set of recommendations.Desired Qualifications, Skills & Experience MBA with 8+ years experience in FMCG/ Consumer durable product marketing.Excellent knowledge of Web analytics, SEM, SEO, SMO, Display, Affiliate Networks, Social Media marketing, site experience optimization (MVT/A-B Testing), ATL, BTL, digital campaigns and new digital marketing opportunities including industry trends.Ability to conceptualize, plan, develop and implement a Digital, social media and institutional marketing strategy for the brand. Ability to develop implementable roadmap and co-ordinate activities across social media platforms.Extremely good English communication/ presentation skills and ability to take all stake-holders along.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
