Understand and work towards established business targets.Participate in client interactions for inaugural call, introductory call, updates, sales closure meetings.Market research, mapping and analysis.Leading direct customer engagements to reach established targets.Bidding on projects posted on Portals, RFP Databases etcPreparing a potential prospect list and chasing them to closure of businessEssentials7 - 12 years experience of business development in a B2B IT companyNo exceptions i.e. experience in US geography, IT services is a mustPlanning innovative sales strategy to achieve established targetEffective time management to align sales efforts with sales targetAbility to interact and coordinate with Presales TeamExperience in making Outbound Sales calls to prospective customers primarily in USA & EuropeExperience in running email marketing campaign for prospective Customers primarily in USAHave exposure in providing Live Chat / Email & Voice support to customersExcellent oral and written communication skillEffective in handling rebuttals and objections
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | B.Sc. (Science) | BCA (Computer Application)
