New Business Developmenta) Prospect for potential new customer and turn this into new business, by meeting potential customer by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.b) Identify the decision makers within the Customer Organization and set up meeting with the decision makers within an Organizationc) Work with all concerned stake holders within an Organization develop proposals that, speaks to the customers needs, concerns, and objectives.d) Track and record activity on key accounts and help to close deals to meet these targetsCustomer Retentiona) Offer new services and enhance existing relationships.b) Work with operation team and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.c) Arrange and participate in internal and external customer debriefs.d) Implement effective key account managemente) Ensure flawless flow of communication with customer Business Development PlanningTenderinga) Preparation of technical and commercial tenders in line with customers RFQ & specifications b) Liaison with concerned department in order to prepare accurate estimatesc) Obtain necessary approvalsd) Preparation and submission of formal quotation to the customer in a timely mannere) Off site meeting with customers as requireda) Design and execute a Business Development Strategy in line with the Organizations long term as well as midterm business plans.b) Attend industry events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trendsc) Present and consult with Senior Management or business trends with a view to develop new servicesd) Identify opportunities to campaign and advert Companys services that will lead to an increase in businessa) Preparation and finalization the yearly budget for BD department.b) Support operation team during mobilization of new projects
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
