Key AccountabilitiesExecute learning objectives in India in line with the KPI set for the countryLiaise with Group LTD to ensure access to Banks Academy on Leadership, Talent Management , engagement and performance management Talent Development Beyond Education, The three Es and EngagementLead performance management governance and uptiering for bank360 for development feedback for larger population (AVP Managers and above)My Voice Engagement surveys and dip sticks for Banks india opso Focus on best practice sharing , action planning and follow up.o Mood Ring PlanCreate and share talent analytics and progress report outsMonitor best utilization of LTD budget set for the calendar year with a view on the spending for BU/SUs as well as overall BankJob Duties & responsibilities Liaise with all line managers to ascertain their employee development needs talent inventoryManage and execute the Talent development plans and tie up with institutions international standards for talent development interventionsMonitor and maintain employee training/talent dashboard with regular MIS and reportsRequired ExperienceOverall at least 8 plus years in Learning and Talent Development, preferably with a multinational bank or financial institution. Education / Preferred QualificationsPost graduate HR qualification and evidence of continued professional developmentQualifications and certifications related to LTDCore CompetenciesDetailed knowledge of external LTD best practice, understands and challenges LTD policy, direction and practiceAbility to motivate, impart learning and work with all levels of staffTechnical Competencies Full range of distinctive learning & talent capabilitiesWork RelationshipPrimary relationships are all India based employees as internal customers.Reporting relationship with Group LTD team as well as in-country HR Head
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
