Job Description-Serve as functional resource foremployees andmanagers.-Counsel employeesin the resolution of complex employeerelation issues.-Act as primary point of contact, investigate, and resolve complex personnel issues, such asemployee grievance and other work-relatedemployee complaints and concerns.-Closure on all grievances, disciplinary actions and performance counseling within acceptable TAT. Ensuring appropriate performance counseling measures and following up for closure.-Conducting, handling & driving keyemployee engagement activities by organizing fun and team building activities-Understandingemployee behavior by conducting Skip meets, One on Ones and surveys.-Conducting exit interviews and providing attrition analysis periodically including absconding calling and absconding analysis-Preparation and presentation of various dashboards pertaining to HR related activitiesManaging attrition within the group assigned
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
