Key Responsibilities Support the development of product, platform and offering positioning and messaging that differentiates them in the market and crisply communicates the value proposition and offering benefits. Own Marketing Content Messaging, sales training, FAQs, documentation, brochures and data sheets, demos, web site content, lead gen content (e.g. ROI calculator), blog posts, case studies, press releases, newsletters, and more. Lead the design, copy and clear concise content for our various web properties, social media and other collateral assets to drive awareness, preference and adoption Provide marketing support for the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the marketing plan. Market intelligence be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them (beat sheets) Communicate the value proposition of the products to the business, marketing & sales teams. Understand how developers, IT and business owners use (and can use) the Internet of things Additional responsibilities, as needed to drive agile and ownership culture.Basic Qualifications 7+ years of relevant work experience in product marketing, marketing communications and/or digital/high-technology companies/products A Bachelor degree in marketing, business, technology, or computer science. MBA preferred. Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and marketing content, preferably for software solutions. Demonstrated ability in crafting & developing compelling audience-specific messages and tools (videos, customer success stories, whitepapers, infographics, presentations, demos, how to consultative guides, web assets etc.), to be used on the web, live events and in campaigns. Experience working with marketing-related web and other designers The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously Demonstrated experience in successfully working with globally distributed team across multiple timezones Exceptional inter-personal, written and oral communication skills Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities, comfort with ambiguity and bias for action Able to thrive in a dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution, and vice-versa. Willing to travel up to 20%
