1. To set-up and manage the dealer-distribution network for the LED lighting products of the company.2. To develop and implement various promotional and marketing activities. 3. Te keep abreast with the latest market trends and conduct SWOT analysis of competitors, their products, etc.4. To identify and develop new revenue streams for long-term growth. 5. To maintain good relationships with the customers to achieve referral / repeat business.DESIRED CANDIDATE 1. Excellent Communication skills.2. Good Negotation skills 3. Pleasing personality.4. Flair for selling and meeting people. 5. Willingness and desire to go beyond call of duty and accept challenges.6. Candidate from the Lighting industry will be given preference.
