his current job, Tied Agency channel or from Mutual funds industry recruiting brokers only)We are looking for candidates from Karvy, India infoline any Securities companies or Birla Sun Life, Aviva, HDFC Std Life, MNYL, MetLife & other insurance sectors.The incumbent would be required to support a channel (local channel & direct sales) & drive sales through the same. Have to do the recruitment also.Achieving Team Targets assigned to him/her.Market Performance, Knowledge, and Share of market, ensure targets are metEnsures cross salesConducting Team Meeting, review of Team performances and their Targets.Should posses good communication skill & have excellent inter personal skills.Should be minimum Graduate passed with an inclination towards sales.Should have 3 years of work experience.Prior experience of working in Insurance/finance/home loan/mortgages department. Knowledge & Skills Good communication & presentation skillsHaving more than 3 Years of sales experience in selling retail, banking ,broking & insurance productsPerson having flair for sales & business developmentProviding timely update to the supervisor as & when requiredFamiliar with local language & EnglishSales experience in Insurance/finance /Home Loan/LAP/Mortgage/Working Capital.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
