This position is responsible for supporting D&S Sales teams through the use and maintenance of critical business tools processes, and by providing performance reporting and analysis to ensure compliance with the overall D&S policies and to meet AOP targets. Support functional processes and tools, specifically Salesforce.com, Xactly, Wave Analytics, and others as needed. Core Process and systems support o Maintain the integrity of segment opportunity forecast data for D&S global business. o Work PO related issues across organizational boundaries.o Problem investigation and resolution for all issues related to PO booking, missing PO s charge numbers, customer mapping, error reports, etc.o Support the user community in the interface of key Sales tools (Salesforce.com, Xactly, Wave Analytics). o Assist in the development of reports and performance dashboards that will support SBE sales leader requirements for management reporting and decision making. o Assist in the development training material to outline process and procedures used to track data in multiple tracking toolso Participate in process improvement initiatives, driving innovation, systems design, automation, and process streamlining. Support Bid and Proposal budgeting, estimating, tracking, and reallocation processo Problem investigation and resolution for all issues related to B&P charge numbers, reconciliation and reporting of charges from manual sites, investigation and resolution of error report items o Data support of the weekly/monthly B&P reviews. o Populate reports and performance dashboards for tracking of B&P spending to budgets. o Assist regular audits and complete process scorecard to measure process compliance. o Support process and system training across D&S businesses. o Perform monthly reconciliation of B&P actual from SAP and legacy systems.T&E Budgeting, tracking, and monitorship o Maintain budget information, approver matrix, transactions. Monitor spending to ensure it stays in line with D&S Segment budgets Special projects, data mining, etc.Qualifications Basic QualificationsThe successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of significant accomplishments. BS degree in marketing, business administration, or business management. Minimum of 5 years experience in aerospace/defense business sales, technical, marketing, customer support, or business administration. Defense marketing/sales experience preferred, knowledge of related government agency acquisition systems. Enthusiastic, self-directed, energetic/self-starter with advanced analytical skills. Ability to follow through on complex tasks with precision and accuracy, and prioritize work when faced with conflicting deadlines. Excellent communications skills to all levels within HON, strategic thinker, not satisfied with status-quo, strong leadership/influence skills (direct and with matrix teams), familiar with HON sales process /tools. Six Sigma trained/certified to greenbelt Is familiar with ITAR regulations and laws of dealing in a global environmentAdditional Qualifications Advanced degree/MBA preferred Direct defense and space marketing/sales experience and product knowledge Six Sigma Black belt certified preferred
