At least 3+ years development experience in Java, J2EE, SQL/PLSQL technologiesAt least 2+ years of work experience with WebLogic Server and Oracle Server.At least 2+ years of working experience as a Sr. Developer or participation in implementation or client support projects as a Sr. DeveloperPossess Strong analytical skills & works independently with the assigned task within his/her area of responsibilityExperience with Linux and command line, WindowsExperience with SOAP and RESTful web servicesExperience in software technical support or equivalent will be considered an asset;Knowledge of implementation methodologies and development techniques;Good communication skills;Experience in telecommunications areas will be considered an asset.Willingness to work in rotating shifts as necessary to support client contracted support hours. Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and effective pre/post-production support services for the customers, including the following activitiesAnalyze, identify, prioritize and assist in resolution of issues in production environmentsAnalyze, categorize, design and development of application enhancement requestsProvide business users with application support; Configuration management and change managementDeveloping and presenting design of the solution components for internal customers (Technical Manager/Team Lead)Finalize the implementation process; identify the outstanding tasks and problems remaining after the implementation.Work with professional services to ensure seamless transition and knowledge transfer to customer support.Establish good working relationship with the customers while providing onsite technical support for production environment.Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve various software problems in customer solution.Implement and deploy change requests and enhancements to further improve the existing solution.Perform product demonstrations as necessary to introduce customer to solution.Work with professional services, product management, quality assurance and development teams to develop and improve product offering and eliminate software problems.Participate in on-site visits required by implementation/support plan for varying periods of time.Handling and resolving project risks and escalations from customers. Handle customer meetings for issue resolution and solution/product presentationsTraining of new CS membersWork in rotating/early shifts as necessary to support client contracted support hours.
Degree: M.Sc. (Science) | MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | B.Sc. (Science) | BCA (Computer Application)
