Job Details

Candidates with 6 to 9 Years of experience in Java/J2EE development. The candidate MUST have good Spring and Hibernate dev experience. As well as Core Java, design patterns, JMS and JBPM Any other experience such as JQuery, MongoDB is a bonus Experience in using Oracle 10g database or any DB is a MUST Has played the role or a Sr. Developer or a Team Lead in his current organization for at least 2-3 years Is able to manage other developers in terms of unblocking them on any technical challenges. Is able to think out of the box and innovate on any design related topics Participates in technical discussion with teams in US/UK Is part of the Agile development process at least in one of the projects. Skills & RequirementsWho You Are Complete software lifecycle involvement from initial specification through release and implementation using Agile methodology Interactive enterprise applications with high visibility within customer organizations Development in J2EE using spring/hibernate technology. Competency in JMS using RabbitMQ, JSON, MongoDB Oracle 11g database Interaction with Other Java architects and team leads, Quality Assurance, DBA, UNIX Administrator. Master s Degree (M Sc, MCA, ME) or a Bachelor degree in Engineering from a reputed institute (BE, BTech). First class throughout the education is a must Excellent written and verbal skills Must have worked on enterprise web application and is well versed with design concepts, system architecture, performance monitoring and scalability/reliability aspects of the application. 5+ years exp with Java development Good analytical and reasoning skills.
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
