Focus on global reporting, associated reports, analytics and related presentationsCreate and facilitate roll out of visual dashboard reporting (weekly, monthly and annual) for the organizationDevelop control charts across business units at process/operational level and facilitate course corrections based on variationsDevelop analytical reporting tools for global resource planning, HR metrics, benchmarking, strategic data analysis, predictive modeling and forecastingRecommend enhanced metric reporting toolsAssess business opportunities through data mining, statistical analysis and leveraging key business insights to deliver maximum operational efficiency with optimal costFocus on business performance analysis including seasonality, response patterns and variances between expected and actual resultsIdentify new sources of actionable metrics and data-capture mechanismsUndertake initiatives and projects to automate the information delivery processCLIENT SPECIFICRegularly review analytical results with relevant internal and external stakeholdersFacilitate with relevant data for audit and compliance reportingFocus on business critical metric reportingRequirements and QualificationsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSMaster s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field of studyCertified Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt/Black BeltREQUIRED SKILLSStrong background in data analytics, statistical modeling, MIS reportingExpertise in usage of statistical tools like Minitab, Excel, VisioExperience in partnering with stakeholders by analyzing information, identifying client needs, developing actions plans and presenting recommendations/resultsADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/TECHNICAL CERTIFICATIONSCOPC and any other Statistical Certifications from ISI, ASQ a plus will be an added advantage
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
