Job Details

Experience in thermal design and development of Electronic products for Telecom, Computing and storage products. Knowledge in CFD applications involving electronics cooling, fluid flow, heat transfer and energy conservation. Experience in selection of electro-mechanical components such as air movers, heat sinks, thermal interface materials, Heat pipes, Vapor chamber and cold plates. Familiar with testing methods and tools for temperature, acoustic and air flow/velocity. Knowledge in understanding of testing standards - NEBS, ETSI, IEC and ISO standards. Proficiency in the commercial electronics cooling CFD packages like FloTHERM, Icepak, FloPACK, FloPCB, FloMCAD, and Allegro viewer. Working knowledge in Pro-E / Solidworks / Auto desk products Ability to work in cross functional teams with in the domain as well as across the organization. Wide exposure and expertise in server and storage product development QualificationsEducation Should have a minimum of Bachelors/Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Candidate for the Sr Engineer role should have 15+ years of experience in product development.Should have proven track record in developing computer/storage products for the enterprise markets. Candidate should have strong technical background, risk assessment and decision making skills, and demonstrated experience in developing complex products.

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
