Keynote You will work on 10GPON, 10G-kR interfaces, apart from 5G Display Port & other multi-protocol SERDES. These products will be from 65nm till 28nm technologies. Responsible for circuit design & implementation of high speed circuits used in Equalisation Centric SERDES for networking, consumer & storage devices. SERDES sub blocks include high speed Transmit & Receive circuits, Equaliser blocks, PLLs, CDRs, etc. in deep sub micron CMOS process. You are expected to take up circuit design, simulation & verification, guide/supervise layout activity & support silicon evaluation, till the design is qualified for mass product. Shall work with cross geography/cross functional teams Expected to provide innovative solution to make competitive products & always challenge the inertia. Apart from hands-on contribution, you may need to drive/mentor young engineers across the geography. Your responsibility varies from circuit level to macro topSkills Hands-on experience in circuit design of SERDES sub blocks -- PLL, trans-receive circuits, equalizer, CDR, etc. Should have exposure to complete development cycle. Good working knowledge of Cadence Analog Design tool suites, circuit simulators, MatLab, etc. Desirable understanding of standards like 10GEPON, PCI-Express, RXAUI, 10Gkr, etc Should be able to present the design in front of cross geography reviewers Highly desirable to have silicon bringup experience Desirable to have a few patients/publications to his/her credit.
