The primary purpose of this role is to Install, implement, configure, upgrade, and optimize the performance of application systems and databases required to operate Allscripts software Development and QA environments.ResponsibilitiesRequired Technical Skills5+ Years of Experience with Cisco Call Manager/ Cisco unified Communication.Hands on experience and exposure CUCM 8, CUCM 9, CUCM 10.5 version.Planning, Implementation, Troubleshooting experienceTry to get their response of experience on below area.Extension MobilityPhones/GatewaysDial PeersDevice ProfilesCall RoutingTranslationsMedia ResourcesMultisite and Multi cluster CUCM environment in India and US offices.SIP/MGCP TrunksSCCPDial PlanSRSTCDR Reporting with Cisco & third party tools.Cisco Telepresence, Cisco Prime Infrastructure and CDR tools experience will be an added advantage.Secondary SkillCisco Telepresence (Configuration & Troubleshooting)Cisco Prime InfrastructureGlobal Cisco Telepresence environment.Cisco Prime.Cisco Jabber & Webex..I3 interactive intelligence ACD support. Establish, manage and maintain the Systems Development Environments, Upgrades, and Assigned Tasks that meet agreed functional requirements and customer expectationsConsistent efforts to deliver as per agreed scope and excel the deliveries from completeness and correctness point of view.Customer focus and closer alignment with the customers business objectivesEnsure enough reviews have happened (Peer, Stakeholders) and all review comments have been closed / incorporated before delivery of any artifactsKeep all stakeholders informed in a timely manner for scope creep and get their consensusEnsure efforts to continually improve domain knowledgeInfrastructure System Development Environments, Upgrades, and Assigned Task delivered within estimates and according to agreed schedule/within Target Level of Agreement Ensure every team member knows the schedule and planConsistent efforts for delivering as per agreed schedule / plan and excelling within that.Keep all stakeholders informed in a timely manner about the slippages / delays and arrive with the plan to achieve the set goals on timeInfrastructure System Development Environments, Upgrades, and Assigned Task delivered with defined quality standards along with minimal amount of downtime disruptions, number of cases of poor analysis or design resulting into defects and re-work Ensure the quality of the deliverables as per the defined defects standards and excelling within thatIdentify the common causes of the defects, prioritize them and systematically remove them so that they do not reoccur in further development workEfforts to reduce the overall defect injection rate (DIR)Contribution towards the team synergy / influence team to achieve goals Train, coach, and mentor junior team membersProvide leadership to the team.Help recruitment to build organization with right talentDocument issues with resolutions and share with team members to improve team productivityProvide data to generate team performance metricsKnowledge transfer with other team members to improve overall team education levelTake complete ownership for the assigned task and timely inform the progress of the project / task to all stakeholdersAdherence to the defined global Infrastructure standardsTake initiative and drives to bring to logical conclusion; Proactive ApproachProvide accurate and timely information and escalates when there are issuesActively participate in the project meetings and make valuable contributionAcademic and professional qualificationsSuccessful completion of a Bachelors Degree or relevant technical experienceExperienceTypically requires 5 8years of experienceDetailed technical knowledge is dependent on the specific Allscripts product Development Center requirementsJob Requirements -Sound background of Cisco VoIP technologies ( CUCM, Unity, Voice GW )Experience in managing a complex voice infrastructure and managing a user base of minimum 5000. Strong troubleshooting experience on CUCM, Voice GWs and similar technologies.Experience in planning, designing and implementing the voice based solution is mandatory.Sound experience with SIP. 4-6 years hands on experience with CUCM, Unity, MGCP/H323 ( configuration and support ) Good understanding of BAT tool in CUCM Intermediate understanding of data networks ( L2 and L3 layers )Good understanding of QoS and supporting Voice, Videoconferencing / Telepresence Basic knowledge of ITIL V 3.0 ( Foundation certificate would be added advantage ) 6+ Years of Voice/Telecom experience Voice Gateway MGCP, H323, SIP, CUBE, Dial Peers, Translation Rules, SRST. Telco SIP, ISDN q931, NFASExperience with CDR tools like Telemate, phone control and similar will be added advantage.Basic or Intermediate experience with ACD systems. CertificationCCNA, CCPN Voice PreferreTravel requirementsDepends upon the project/program needsWorking arrangementsWork is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)
