Job Description= Ensuring excellent support to all key accounts= Ensuring delivery of beyond-expectation services to these clients= Prompt and satisfactory grievance redressing= Maintaining regular communication with different levels of key accounts= Pre-empting critical situations and arrange to prevent and resolve those= Providing MIS to management about status= Ensuring sustained and expanded business from key clients.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
