Inventory Management To work closely with Finance and SCM team to ensure on inventory management as per norms To review SNOP on sales trends, running rate and region deliverables 1 month firm & 2 months rolling To ensure vertical heads plan and execution of marketing activities to help stabilize inventory levels at store and region level To ensure forecasting - 1 month firm & 3 months rolling demand plan and tieing up the same with vendor management team & concerned category management team & format supply chain team.3. Commercial Management To work on GM improvement plan to be aggressively driven to deliver on GM commitment. To ensure marketing Budgets are in line with P&L To ensure Foods Expiry Stocks are managed in order to ensure avoiding liquidation To build relationships with key agency partners to deliver on effective costs towards brand development4. Demand Generation & Brand Building To ensure 3 month aggressive Go to Market & demand generation plans for SM & HM in line with Category plans and Marketing plans to ensure topline number. To create brand positioning concepts and deliver on brand communication in store and catchment area and other medium ( club more & others )to communicate product benefits and positioning for allocated home care portfolio 5. NPD Launch & Research To review NPD launches with Go to market in place for aggressive activation by teams To ensure Research Protocol in place with research team for in house panel testing for existing ,new products or any new /vendor driven formulation change. Conduct benchmarking studies. 6. MIS generation & analysis To take a 6 month view on business and key levers. To deliver on the number with review calendar fixed with MIS and Vertical Head & PL head for weekly and monthly analysis of top line sales, market share, promo/marketing activity impact & inventory control. 7. People and Process Management Build Team capability and provide leadership To recruit and provide on the job training or company driven training for team Build strong relationships between category , marketing ,research and other support functions SCM , R&D to ensure smooth functioning and aiding integration into category
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
