Job Details

To be aware of and practice all hotel rules, regulations and conditions of employment. To carry out cleaning duties as assigned productively and to ensure that standard specifications are followed to maintain hygienic, sanitary and safe conditions and to minimize waste. Demonstrate a proactive approach towards learning and development. To be able to work with minimum supervision. Ensure that all stewarding equipment is used safely, correctly and is well maintained. To promptly report any hazards or unsafe working conditions to a supervisor. Ensure that all relevant buffet / display set-ups are prepared ahead of guest s arrival and in adherence with hotel standards. Respond to changes in the stewarding department as dictated by the industry, company or hotel. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
