Understands partners organization and culture and maintains a thorough understanding of their business model and objectives.Builds relationships with senior partners, executives, and key technical leaders, earning a reputation as a trusted partner. Demonstrates a high level of business acumen and applies a thorough understanding of the partners business, organization and strategy and where within that strategy STG can play a key role.Understands and navigates CLIENT to identify, acquire and coordinate CLIENT Executive, Sales and Technical people - locally and globally - needed to work with the partner to address their client needs. Integrates CLIENT in front of the partner in collaboration with the cross CLIENT resources (CSI, BPO, SWG, etc)Understands STG and CLIENT business and brand strategies and how these translate into solutions with the partner to address their client needs. Leads the development and execution of specific STG oriented opportunities and solutions within the partner organizationDevelops new win-win deal structures and negotiates appropriate agreements with the partner to assure long term commitments to CLIENT & STG based solutions. The BDM owns the opportunity until engagement at which point ownership will be passed to a Brand Sales Specialist but may still be involved until closure, depending on the complexity and relationships developed. They work closely with other CLIENT units to provide a solution as appropriate.The BDM develops the overall STG strategy for the partner including prioritization of the STG investment in the solutions and practices - the skills and enablement plan The BDM will work with allocated STG and CLIENT Technical resources in the general locale to assist in developing a bundled end to end solution.
