Charterhouse is working with a French luxury brand in Kuwait. Our client is looking to hire a bilingual (Arabic / English) Store Manager. As an ambassador of the brand, you will lead and develop the store team providing hands-on management and coaching. You will oversee and train your team whilst building sustainable client relationships ensuring a high level of brand satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and developing talent as well as preparing succession plans. You will organise the team in an efficient manner according to business needs and delegate responsibility. Cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of the business, you will lead and develop the store whilst connecting with all relevant stakeholders. In addition, you will maximise the potential of all product categories in the store by capitalising on all support including visual merchandising, training, events and the country office team. You will also ensure synergy between the different categories. The successful candidate should hold significant retail experience with demonstrable leadership and management abilities. You should be an inspiring, creative, diplomatic and meticulous leader with strong coaching and communication skills. It is essential you are fluent in English and Arabic. Only candidates based in Kuwait will be considered for this role.
