Roles & Responsibilities To ensure that the SAM team is appropriately staffed in terms of the quality of the staff, number of staff in place and their placement in the most suitable working locations. To ensure that the SAM team are properly trained and then appraised, and through this process to seek improvements in staff quality and the level and efficiency of their outputs. To ensure that the SAM team works efficiently with all other G4S departments and locations so as to provide a seamless service to the Strategic clients To seek innovative methods to improve the Account Management process and the subsequent levels of client satisfaction through development of both the team and the procedures To act as the senior point of liaison and escalation for all clients within the Strategic group and where necessary take on specific client relationship responsibilities as directed To act as the senior point of contact for global colleagues when developing relationships with international clients To ensure that the Strategic Account Management process is in full compliance with G4S corporate procedures, commercial standards, legal and ethical positions To ensure that all required inter-departmental procedures are in place and conformed to by all departments so as to ensure seamless service delivery to all Strategic and Key clients To ensure that the team are appropriately remunerated both in terms of basic salary and bonus schemes that incentive appropriate behavior and delivery To review the list of Strategic and Key clients on a regular basis to ensure that the focus is on the correct group of clients To review the clients allocated to each SAM to ensure that each client is being appropriately managed and developed and that the team skills and resources are matched to each client s needs To re-allocate work and responsibilities across the team to ensure that hot spots are covered and a manageable distribution of workload is achieved To enforce reporting discipline across the team and to then manage performance through the agreed KPIs and Dashboards To liaise with Corporate divisions to ensure that the team work with the latest systems tools and best practice processes To work closely with the head of Business development to ensure the two teams work closely together on the development of new business To work closely with the heads of the other Product divisions so that all Products and the potential development of Integrated services can be effectively sold to the Strategic and Key clients To work closely with the head of Marketing to ensure that market knowledge is fed back to the team and that G4S marketing messages support the development of the most important clients To ensure that the importance of the Strategic and Key clients is properly understood and acted upon by all other departments To ensure that other personnel within the Sales structure who have Account Management and Planning responsibilities, (i.e. for single site Strategic and other Key category clients), do so in line with the G4S Way processes and systems usage
Degree: CA (Chartered Accountant)

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
