Recruit, develop, and manage channel partners, with a focus on global IT Outsourcing companies based in India. Travel as required needed to meet these objectivesEnsure that partners have the latest tools, collateral, and training to successfully sell all of Druva s solutionsAttain a deep understanding of Druvas solutions and how to sell them. Impart this same knowledge and ability to sell on the partners you manageAssist partners with sales opportunities globally working in conjunction with Druvas sales teams world-wideSupport creation of proposals and responses to RFIs/RFPsConduct Quarterly Business Reviews with partnersDevelop awareness of Druva throughout a Partner organization and develop marketing plans together with the partnersPrepare, communicate, and execute to a thorough business planReporting Maintain a complete and timely report of business development activity and the partners sales pipelineQualifications10+ years of experience in technology with a focus on security services, cloud services, data storage, and backup services6+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Channel Management3+ years of experience working at or with Global top 10 IT Outsourcing ProvidersExperience in the sales cycle for multi-million dollar contractsExperience working with Independent Software / Cloud / IT Managed Services / SaaS businessesExperience in both small and larger companiesInternational experienceKnowledge of how to drive business development plans and strategiesStrong technical acumenExcellent interpersonal skills and present to and develop relationships with senior executivesWillingness to travel up to 30%, mostly domestic, but internationally as neededCollege degree from a top-tier university (Masters or MBA a plus)India work authorization
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
