Source for and evaluate payroll and employment outsourcing service partnerships throughout APAC by following established due diligence processBuilding strong relationships with diverse global service partners throughout APACNegotiating with current and new partners to secure best pricing and broadest services possibleDocumenting and maintaining due diligence templates to maintain a compliant partner networkDocumenting and maintaining internal partner/country statement of work templates to ensure service core services and additional services offered are clear for internal and external clientsResearching and understanding payroll and employment outsourcing industry and becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on regional payroll servicesDocumenting and improving partner service capabilities, implementation requirements, and business processesMaintaining excellent levels of communication both written and oral using our ticketing system to record engagementMandatory Skills requiredKnowledge of global payroll processesPossesses exceptional English language skills, both written and oralVendor or Partner compliance experienceExperience working with executive leadership (Managing Directors, CEO, Owner) of partner firmsProven ability to negotiate contract terms and conditionsAttention to detail and analytical thinkingAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a constantly changing environmentSelf-directed individual with pro-active initiative to solve problems and improve processesAdaptive and responsive across an organization (serving sales, operations, management, etc)Curious, questioning approach with strong desire to learnCultural appreciation of global teamsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Desirable Skills requiredCurrent Subject Matter Expert (SME) on payrollLanguage proficiency in languages other than English a distinct advantageWorking with and supporting suppliers, clients or third party outsourcing relationshipManaging complex projectsCustomer / supplier negotiations in a service related environmentProject management skills with experience using MS Project, ProjExec, or other project management softwarePlease note this role may require extensive overseas travel
