Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide direction and assist with managing partner s scorecard performance in assigned offshore geographies.Work closely with the Offshore Supplier Group Manager to ensure partner sites provide quality, capacity, compliant processes and infrastructure, and qualitative/quantitative results to the Cardmember Services Division. Assist partners with meeting and/or exceeding business planned scorecard goals in Customer Satisfaction, Sales, Compliance, Staffing, and Productivity metrics.Assist with supporting divisional/operational projects, controls, and footprint/line of business expansions. Work closely with Supplier Group Manager in developing and implementing strategic planning for offshore directions and initiatives - with the intention to align structure, processes, and results with the divisions targets. Provide leadership and support to all Offshore geographies and Cardmember Services lines of businesses Ensure effective and efficient operational processes in coordination with the following Support Groups - Control / Compliance, Sales, Quality, WFM, Capacity Planning, Information Security, Learning Management, Scorecard / NMIS, and other ad hoc Citi Committees / Task Forces.Assist with managing On the Ground overall offshore/outsourced relationships, ensuring contractual compliance, strategic/tactical plans are implemented, long-term viability is reinforced, and project/staffing/training timelines are adhered to. Continually share best practices, operating models, system solutions internally within Citi businesses/sites, and externally amongst business partners thereby providing value-add to the daily operations in driving results.Assist with directing the Partner Sites Leadership Teams across all geographic regions to provide competent and timely solutions to minimize technical gaps and operational delays. Proudly represent Citi in your local community.Proactively seek developmental opportunities and up-training. Assist with developing Partner Sites MORs to outline productivity results, decisions/actions, offshore leadership awareness, and ongoing initiatives to drive partners performance.Provide geography/partner-specific information to division leadership specifically related to marketplace demographics, industry practices and standards. Coordinate logistical, safety, and security needs of all Citi employees visiting the offshore partner sites located in the geographic site. Scope includes interactions with the Citi Safety and Security Officers and US embassy consuls/security officials in the country.Assist Offshore Supplier Group Manager with resolution of partner site outages (systemic, environmental, or network-caused) on an immediate basis while coordinating COB actions with all Support Groups and other sites of the Division. Be readily available 24x7 to actively engage and participate on all offshore partner sites outage related conference calls.Keep abreast of in-country/city specific developments; including local legislation, competition movements, political/economic changes, labor situation in the respective partner geographies. Provide relevant feedback to Citi leadership as deemed necessary. Assist with monitoring all procedures and controls within respective sites.Work closely with the Offshore Supplier Group Manager to ensure appropriate partner staffing through successful selection and retention of associates. Actively assist Citi C2S Team with managing partner accountability as it relates to defined C2S targets and compliance goals. Qualifications Job Specifications / Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience 6 - 8 years industry-related experienceProven leadership and motivational skills Strong analytical skillsSolid communication skills Strong Influence /TeamBuilding skillsAbility to manage with no direct supervision PC based computer application experience
