To work in L2 support team supporting Compliance suites of applications Be a subject matter expert for few applications and work in coordination with BTB and Business users.Key Accountabilities and Skills requiredThis section should includeKey specific accountabilities.Timely resolution incidents and Problems in day to day operation.Coordination with L1 and L3 as application SMEChange, Release and Knowledge managementContinuous service improvement to showcase measurable outcomes.Representing RTB on DevOps platform Stakeholder management and leadership.Coordination with compliance officers and end usersCoordination with Service managerAbility to drive MIH calls Representing RTB in problem management call with BTBDecision making and problem solving.Excellent problem solving and investigation skillsAbility to guide L1 team for user/system incidents in BAU Risk and Control All Barclays colleagues have to ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards Your Skills and Qualifications will includeUnix, Shell scripting, Oracle, SQL server, Autosys,Prior experience in working L2 application support environment. Excellent problem solving and investigation skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred skillsGood to have knowledge of Informatica, Java, SSRS reports, ActimizeITIL foundation certifiedFamiliar with ServiceNow
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)
