Monitor Daily jobs like UC4, splunk, files etc. Handle incidents with agreed process (JIRA, Remedy) Provide status about incidents to all Creating documentation of incidents for future reference Set incident handling and communication process Support and work with external team to solve the incidents Trouble shooting Root cause analysisWe expect you to have Very Good communication both oral and writtem in english Experience in cross cultural teams, direct customer communication Experience in support L1/L2 support is must to have Should have high stress tolerence level Good to have service operation ITIL certificate Support Experience in Java based project is good to have. Experience in working with the service desk. Experience in tools like Splunk In-depth understanding of the application and its integration with various other systems Participation in technical workshops, analyse technical feasibility and performance impacts Understand the business impact of the critical areas To be a team player and work harmoniously with colleagues and other project teams. Ensure agreed SLA's are met for assigned task Take part in peer reviews, testing as per project needs Train peers if required on identified tasks Ensure project deadlines are met. Good to have experience with the agile/scrum teamsAs a person you areExpected to have 5+ years experience in software development and delivery. Experience in support organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience of working in global team Good team player, she/he should be quality centric and result drivenWe offer
