Roles & Responsibilities Manage a team of L0, L1, L2 & L3 support engineersMust have hands on experience on troubleshooting and fixing networking, BMS & home automation systemsShould be well versed in written as verbal communicationKnowledge of Kannada, Tamil or Telgu is a big plusShould able to understand autocad drawings, datasheets, release notes and instruct support engineers accordinglyMust be willing to keep learning about new systems and keep training the entire support team with the new changesMust have prior experience of managing/leading a customer support teamQualifications BE in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science or related fieldMBA in operations is a big plus3-8 years of experience in customer support, product installation, autocad drawings, home automation, BMS, networking, etcExcellent Communication SkillsAt least 2 years of Experience of leading a team of 4 to 10 members is required.Must be willing to travel to site(both within and outside Bangalore), if requiredIt is a customer facing role and it may require to work on Weekend shiftsPMP certification is a big plus
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 3-8
