JOB SUMMARY: Must have a broad portfolio of both operational services and a range of administrative support functions. Responsible for assisting the CEO with managing and directing the organization towards its primary objective based on the company mission statement and goals, by performing the essential functions and responsibilities personally and/or through subordinate managers.


Operations/Business Management:
Serve as the link between the CEO and Staff, as well as between the Company and
Be able to make strategic and tactical plans for the company – short and medium term –
as well as implement the plans made by the CEO for the company;
Work closely with the whole Operations Core Team – Project Managers, RBT Head & it’s Deputy and Head of Trainers to ensure that the operations of the company are in line with the overall objectives and goals of the company as well as to meet client satisfaction;
Collaborates with all suppliers both local and abroad;
Reviews and negotiate business contracts;
Make decisions regarding supplies and/or equipment, approve and authorize purchases as recommended by the department concerned;
Take all steps to ensure that the quality of services and products rendered are in line with the standards laid down by the company;
Maintain up to date organizational information to facilitate tender and partnership applications when necessary;

Financial Management
Work Closely with the Finance Manager to ensure proper management and accounting of company funds and accurate financial analysis;
Review financial budgets and costing as prepared by the Finance Manager;
Approve, authorize and manage expenditure for the company as reviewed and recommended by the Finance Manager;
Represent the company for bank transactions and coordination in the absence of the Finance Manager;

HR/Office Administration Management & Public Relations

Work closely with the HR/Office Manager to ensure the welfare of employees and compliance with the Labour laws;
Review and approve new policies, procedures, and documents created for the company as prepared and recommended by the HR/Office Manager, seeking and obtaining higher - level approvals when required;
Organizes regular staff meetings and builds an environment in which employees willingly produce maximum work;
Solve employee issues and/or serious grievances impacting the overall employee welfare through close coordination with HR/Office Manager;
Authorize/approve recruitment, selection, training, appraisal and termination of staff in coordination with the HR/Office Manager and the Department Head concerned.
Create programs that promote a culture of open communication and encourage employee involvement and initiative to energize operations and increase employee retention;
Ensure that all legal and operational requirements of the company are met on time which may include dealing with some government institutions and offices through the PRO.
Perform all other assigned duties and responsibilities by the CEO.



Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor and/or Masters Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management or other related course.
Experience: 10+ years’ experience in administration management, preferably in training/consultancy industry, with minimum 5 years in a senior management position.
Knowledge and Skills: Excellent knowledge of managing a medium-sized company single- handedly; good knowledge of UAE Law relating to business and labour; Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and e-mail applications; strategic planning skills; excellent spoken and written Arabic and English; good skills in Arabic-English written translation.
Competencies: Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills; high orientation to task as well as to people; highly developed business acumen and problem solving skills; excellent decision making and negotiation skills; excellent skills in managing people from diverse backgrounds; excellent personal organization skills; good skills in reporting; ability to multi-task; deal with people of diverse backgrounds; ability to handle difficult situations with discretion and tact; high level of integrity; organized and able to supervise; teamwork;
Certifications and Licenses: Valid UAE driving license; CPD certifications desirable but not required
Other requirements: Ability to perform and complete tasks under pressure. Flexibility to work according to changing business needs.
