Manage crisis situations that may involve technically challenging situationsHave a strong background of the use of trace analysis, debug skills, source code, and other proprietary tools to analyze problems, find workarounds, and reproduce them for our R&D teamMaintain strong working knowledge of released products, take ownership for product improvements, and participate in BETA programsShare knowledge with other engineers and develop customer solutions efficientlyDemonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with customers or internal teamExhibit leadership through personal responsibility, accountability and teamworkExperience using JIRA or Salesforce is a plus.Earn certifications on Talend productWork directly with customers via phone, WebEx, and email to resolve technical issues and identify product defects.ABOUT YOUOur ideal candidate has2+ years of customer service or support experience, accurate and logical problem solving techniques, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment under pressure.Understanding of client/server and browser/server architecture, networking, and Internet technology fundamentals.Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem, or experience with Big Data vendors like Cloudera, Hortonworks, MapR and Amazon EMR are a plus.Experience with an object oriented programming language is required. Java experience is preferred.Good knowledge of RDMS database is required; NoSQL database, and Graph database are a plus.Good working knowledge of Linux shell instructions and Windows are required.Experience using commercial or open source versions of Talend products (Data Integration, Data Quality, Enterprise Service Bus, Master Data Management) is a plus.Experience using a in ticketing system like Jira, Salesforce, is a plus.Fluent English is required. Chinese mandarin is a plus.Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science of a related field is preferred.
