ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the development, enhancements, testing and implementation of Genesys eServices, Genesys Framework & routing strategiesParticipate in business requirements review and build functional & technical design documentationOnsite/Offshore co-ordination answering queries the team members has with consultation with business stakeholders.Provide Production support (Tier 3) as necessaryCollaborate with other Genesys engineers in both onshore/offshore locationsBusiness domain experience such as Call Center, Contact Center, Customer Experience, CRM, and Analytics, in the Financial Industry in all areas, i.e. operations, online, and business process and workflow management is a plus.Ability to deliver creative solutions to business problems and consistently delivers high-quality services to customersComfortable in an environment of rapid change and ambiguity with the ability to make decisions while understanding the riskProvide ongoing direction and analysis of trends and opportunitiesAble to work in a complex environment, Global/International experience and the ability to work across cultures and time zonesOpen to learn and implement new Contact center technologiesQualifications Bachelor degree with an emphasis on IS/IT or BA majors or minors; atleast 3 years of experience in Genesys Contact Center technologies specialization in Genesys eServices, Social Media (email, chat & work item), Genesys Framework & RoutingKnowledge of Genesys Voice platform or Genesys Reporting is a plusNice to have - Genesys Certifications in the eServices or Genesys FrameworkPositive influencing skills both verbally and through the preparation of written materials in order to build relationships and effectively communicate business needs to internal technology groups.Good knowledge in programming languages such as Java or .Net and understanding of SQL Server or Oracle SQLSolid knowledge in application architecture in Contact Center area and web based applicationsA team player who places great emphasis on collective achievement within his/her team and who possesses strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and sustaining a high level of performance when under pressure.Good interpersonal and collaboration skills are considered essential to the position Ability to interface and cultivate excellent working relationships both within Technology, Business and vendors
