AccountabilitiesUnderstand the technical landscape of the Customer data and analytics platform with a focus on the Adobe components and infrastructure supporting them.Administer the platform and keep the software up-to date by installing new releases, modules and patches across multiple non-production environmentsManaginguser access and security Configuringtemplates, writingbusiness rules, and handling workflow errorsUploading a file,reconciling with the database, updating records, and handlingdoubles Specifying andgenerating packagesWork with and advise multiple project workstreams delivering new real-time capabilitiesMaintenance of multiple non-production instances of Adobe marketing cloud applications & serversWork with hosting provider, CDA foundation Business analysts to develop / update platform specification and landscape documents.Analyse, Identify and implement improvements to platform. Support regular maintenance and improvement.Work with senior colleagues to learn from their experience.
