Technical & Competitive IT (Tacit) Customer data and analytics team (CDA) is accountable to develop, deploy and sustain leading edge marketing (CRM) and advanced analytics platform capabilities for Shell which (a) consolidates data from a variety of (internal and external) sources, (b) analyses that data to deepen our customer knowledge and build personalized, targeted campaigns, and (c) integrate those campaign offers through multiple channels such as mobile, web and e-mail direct to our customers using the channel with which they prefer to interact with Shell. This provides a truly leading edge customer experience which delivers sustainable competitive advantage and business value to Shell.PurposeStrong, flexible and efficient development is essential for all the advanced customer data and analytics capabilities and customer marketing value propositions delivered through the CDA foundation platform.This includes managing the development of Marketing CRM capabilities, spanning SAS and Adobe products plus custom componentsThe purpose of the position is to work in the capacity of overall development lead including setting the direction and taking charge of development. This includes real-time data and marketing solutions which the candidate is expected to take direct development ownership of. This will include working closely with the solution architect and data leads, and leading & managing a team of developers spanning multiple skills including in SQL, .net, SAS RTDM (stored procedures) and Base SAS.
