Job Details

Must have 3 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Embedded Recruitment Experience is MUST Must have exposure to handle end to end IT Recruitment activities. Responsible for all permanent in-house recruitment of Embedded / Application Development professionals as per business needs (Recruitment - Screening of profiles, Interviews, short listing of candidates, Placement). Self-sourcing on mandates and taking it ahead till the offer and joining stage Strong understanding and expertise in using portal, professional networking sites including LinkedIn, various web based search Knowledge of current industry trend in recruitment Should have proven track record of generating maximum closures as per SLA Strong Negotiations skills Vendor Management HR Support Excellent communication skills(Verbal & Written) Must be Team Player Ability to take decisions independently
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
