Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead our hiring efforts and to help us hit aggressive growth goals. Youll be in a place where everyone, from top to bottom, across all teams, takes hiring seriously. Sourcing is a major part of our hiring strategy, so you should be confident in your abilities to seek out, engage, and nurture relationships with top talent. The whole team will fully support you and, more than ever, you ll have the freedom and resources to drive and create hiring initiatives the way you envision them.Help us build a community around data and decision-science enthusiasts by organizing events, running meet ups, and attending conferences. Step up to be a visible, public member of our team. Proven interest in the intersection of recruiting and tech is a huge plus. Wed love for you to share any of your blogposts, Quora activity, presentations/talks, meet-up attendance, etc. However, the most important qualification is your understanding of people perspectives and motivations of candidates and the ability to connect people to the right opportunity.THE CHALLENGES WE FACE EVERY DAYWe don't just fill open positions at SocialCops.
