An outstanding leadership opportunity where you will drive the strategic direction for recruitment for all India business groups with key responsibility for the management of the ETA function and the governance of the strategic onsite recruitment partnership.A leadership role where you will manage both in house and outsourced team members on a day to day basis who will execute the full recruitment life cycle including hiring manager consultation, job description development, research/sourcing, offer/approval processes and onboarding.Responsibility for developing market leading sourcing strategies and execution of senior level hires across all businesses in India.The opportunity to build and foster effective partnerships with HR colleagues to deliver value-added services to the key business stakeholders (including market intelligence, hire planning consultation, talent pooling, sourcing and diversity initiatives).An opportunity for extensive collaboration with hiring managers to design and implement optimal sourcing strategies in India tailored to both local and global business hiring strategies.A chance for to you to develop and systematically deliver regular recruitment activity and performance reports to business and HR management.Responsibility for developing effective partnerships with external recruitment agencies and search firms aligned to the changing needs and requirements of the business.An opportunity for you to be a key contributor to regional and global projects associated with HR and ETA. In particular, you will take personal accountability for rolling out programs that increase ETAs reputation with internal stakeholders and position Credit Suisse as an employer of choice in the India financial services industry.A chance for you to share your extensive market experience/knowledge and provide training, knowledge sharing, coaching, mentoring opportunities for the ETA team internally and externally for client groups (Business or HRBAs) and external recruitment partners.You OfferRelevant tertiary qualifications and experience essential - HR qualifications highly regarded.Extensive in-house recruiting experience or search firm/contingent agency background within the banking and financial service sector.Proven track record of effective stakeholder engagements and ongoing relationship development at all levels relating to human capital initiatives and specifically talent acquisition strategies.Experience and track record of shaping, and implementing, bespoke talent acquisition strategies that directly address your organization s specific human capital agenda and objectives.Extensive experience with ATS/CRM recruitment systems and process flow optimization including production of management/performance reporting.High level of English communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to clearly present concepts and strategic direction in HR and business-aligned forums.High level of professionalism, integrity, sense of urgency, organization/prioritization skills, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring high quality standards and risk mitigation.Well-developed skills to be able to multitask effectively, meet deadlines and manage simultaneous demandsAbility to build and develop a collaborative team environment, you demonstrate high level commitment and flexible attitude towards working hours and business demands.Dedicated team player, with positive 'can do' attitude who is resilient in a constantly changing environment.High energy level and passion and you work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
