Execute and project manage the annual Talent attraction activities based on the Talent attraction strategy plan in India to ensure talent supply for Merck India eg Campus activities, open days, career events Support Mercks employer branding campaign in India based on Mercks employer brand strategyManage and maintain the communication channels and messages related to talent attraction and employer branding initiatives eg. Merck Career portal, Job boards. Liaise with and manage external vendors to ensure efficient and effective delivery of talent attraction channels.Closely work with recruiting team and HRBPs on managing and maintaining the candidate pool for business critical positions and graduates for candidate relationship management purpose Work with relevant global teams on ensuring global talent attraction project implementation in India eg Virtual assessment candidate relationship management etc. Support on country level Talent attraction projects eg establish multimedia promotion platform (Wechat/Whatts app) establish a talent attraction process and SOP for India.Other Talent & Development responsibilities. Provide support on other relevant global talent development initiatives in India when required eg Merck University performance management cycle tracking topics etc.Provide support on country level talent & development initiatives implementation post-talent attraction activities eg. Early identification program, graduate trainee program
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
