ResponsibilitiesManage team of 4-6 direct reports in Gurgaon locationProvide day to day oversight and delivery of Talent Development program/project support for BlackRock Talent Development teamSkillsDemonstrated experience in owning the details and driving execution against a set plan in an accurate, efficient and timely manner, raising issues, questions and status across stakeholders proactivelyAcumen in accuracy and attention to detailAdaptable, logical, and capable of flexing solutions to changing demands anticipating the local, regional, global impactProactively identifies opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy and minimize risksComfort in working in a highly matrixed environment strongly preferredProven ability to build and sustain high performing partnerships, both locally and globallyKnowledge of learning management applications (e.g., Success Factors) preferred Build strong relationships with regional and global HR stakeholders, including Talent Management, HR operations and Business PartnersWork with stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction with services delivered, correct errors; recommend solutions and develop more effective and efficient ways to deliver servicesProvide leadership and transition support of key Talent Development Operations to IndiaMotivate and develop staff, encourage internal mobility and job rotationsManage projects including -- but not limited to process enhancements and technology toolsProactively communicate with stakeholders, employing successful change management techniquesParticipate in a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within Talent Development and across other functionsProvide thought leadership and oversee the development of procedural documentation, training curriculum, foster an environment of reduced risk and enhanced controls
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
