Roles & Responsibilities Daily capacity and sustainability managementDaily control and quality process oversightProcedure and process map accountabilityEstablish and maintain a recon program with federal and state agencies to ensure depository activities are properly accounted on government transcripts. Engage government agencies to resolve misapplied or unaccounted activity.Establish and maintain compliance program engaging over 100 businesses to ensure withholding liabilities and withholding depository activity reconcile.Establish and maintain a 945 proforma Tax return process to ensure 100 businesses involved with withholding met banks standards for filing tax returns.Develop and oversee controls to ensure withholding adjustments meet bank s standards and are properly controlled.Define and analyze key TRWS metrics, metric targets and SLAs. Coordinate with TRWS leadership team daily, weekly and monthly TRWS metrics monitoring and reporting. Facilitate root cause analysis and problem solving.Facilitate with TRWS leadership team to ensure process maps are accounted and sustainable.Develop an in-depth understanding of the TPS process and business. Apply knowledge to identify opportunities and to understand issues, determine solutions and resolve.Participate in multiple projects concurrently, working with project managers and other participants to ensure overall project goals and timelines are met.Display strong written and verbal communication skills in interactions with internal business partners and external government agenciesEssential Skills & Experience Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required5 years of experience in Compliance Operations in a leadership role.5 years experience with metric and capacity managementStrong knowledge of bank control policies and standardsExcellent communication skills(written and verbal in a clear/concise manner)Experience in process improvement, process mapping, and/or project managementDirect or indirect management experienceHistory of success working in a team environmentStrong decision making capabilities and the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and influence changeNegotiates to find creative solutions to reach goals of the group and achieve win/win solutions.Demonstrated ability to positively interface with other departments, colleagues and senior managementKnowledge of tax statements and year-end reporting (preferred, but not required)MS Office (required), MS Project (a plus), and SharePointPreferred Skills & Experience Excellent time management and prioritization skillsProactive approach to client and operational supportAbility to balance multiple projects, work under stress, but always maintain composureAbility to listen/read and absorb information being shared for future useAbility to work independently yet interact with a wide variety of groupsAbility to communicate effectively with all audience types (clients, operations, management, etc.)Ability to recognize/foresee downstream impact(s) before presenting recommendationsAbility to retain information long-term (many events/processes are conducted annually)Ability to design flexible solutions that can be seamlessly leveraged/reused for additional clientsDetail-oriented individual with strong issue resolution, time management and organizational skills
