Position Description1.This position will serve as a key member of the Accounting Team of Crossdomain Solutions Pvt. Ltd.2.This position will report to the Assistant Manager 3.This position will require an individual who has a previous and demonstrated ability of success ina.Proven people management skills b.Service delivery4.The Team Lead will be responsible for understanding operational requirements, researching best practices, assist with the design and implementation of new processes and tools 5.This position will require the ability to cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service and ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level6.This position will require the ability to motivate, instill accountability and achieve results 7.This position will require monitoring the effectiveness of a team of Process Associates8.This position will require the ability to prepare MIS reports and do various analyses to understand improvement opportunities 9.This position will require the ability to interact with Customers and manage their queries10.This position will require providing day-to-day coordination on the activities of the team 11.This position will require attending and responding to written/electronic correspondence12.This position will require to do Performance reviews of the team members at regular intervals 13.This position will require one to upgrade ones knowledge by taking up company sponsored Insurance exams certified by The Institutes 14.This position will involve mentoring of Team members 15.This position will require one to be involved with various Process Improvement related projects to drive efficiencies in the teamSkills/CompetenciesThe successful candidate must possess a combination of diverse, demonstrated skills, including the following1.Be process driven 2.People Management3.Have an eye for detail 4.Be willing and quick to learn5.Have strong oral and written communication skills 6.High energy and level of commitment7.Proficiency in MS-Office, Internet usage and other web-based applications 8.Technology appreciation ability9.Be very proactive 10.Be a good project planner11.Be quality focused 11.Have an ability to take ownership and accountability12.Outstanding team player and team management capabilities 13.Proven track record of leadership qualities14.High client service, action/target orientation 15.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
