Educational Qualification Graduate /Post Graduate in any disciplineExperience Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experiencePosition DescriptionThis position will report to the Assistant Manager3.This position will require an individual who has a previous and demonstrated ability of success in a.Proven people management skillsb.Service delivery 4.The Team Lead will be responsible for understanding operational requirements, researching best practices, assist with the design and implementation of new processes and tools5.This position will require the ability to cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service and ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level 6.This position will require the ability to motivate, instill accountability and achieve results7.This position will require monitoring the effectiveness of a team of Process Associates 8.This position will require the ability to prepare MIS reports and do various analyses to understand improvement opportunities9.This position will require the ability to interact with Customers and manage their queries 10.This position will require providing day-to-day coordination on the activities of the team11.This position will require attending and responding to written/electronic correspondence 12.This position will require to do Performance reviews of the team members at regular intervals13.This position will require one to upgrade ones knowledge by taking up company sponsored Insurance exams certified by The Institutes 14.This position will involve mentoring of Team members15.This position will require one to be involved with various Process Improvement related projects to drive efficiencies in the teamSkills/CompetenciesThe successful candidate must possess a combination of diverse, demonstrated skills, including the following 1.Be process driven2.People Management 3.Have an eye for detail4.Be willing and quick to learn 5.Have strong oral and written communication skills6.High energy and level of commitment 7.Proficiency in MS-Office, Internet usage and other web-based applications8.Technology appreciation ability 9.Be very proactive10.Be a good project planner 11.Be quality focused11.Have an ability to take ownership and accountability 12.Outstanding team player and team management capabilities13.Proven track record of leadership qualities 14.High client service, action/target orientation15.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
