SummaryResponsible for the timely and accurate performance of the full range of tasks described below*Act as contact person to internal and external customers and provide them with efficient and consistent customer service* Manage sales order processing and provide customers with information on all customer inquiries*Proactive communication on all order-related issuesExperience3 - 5 years in international trade and shipping industry Reports toProcess Lead Import / Export SSC India Export Customer Service* Close interaction with Marketing Service, Business Support, Affiliates and Agents* Manage all customer inquiries within the organization (including shortages and solutions, scheduling etc.)* Solve or escalate issues/requestsOrder Processing* Sales order processing (create, change, reject) of all order types upon rule set provided by the principal capture correct order information and terms in WINS (free of charge orders after approval of business)* Handling / monitoring of all order types and order tracking* Release incl. SAP delivery creation, monitor and check openorders (L/C, delivery block, pricing, export license, bottleneck product)* Capture and maintain customer/country shipping instructions/requirements for effective and efficient order execution Sales administration* Check incoming orders to ensure they meet our terms of sale* Provide customers with technical product information (MSDS)* Ask for Freight Rates if required* Request/initiate different master data in the area of sales and distribution (such as prices, customer master data); request maintenance of product master data if required* Compile and prepare informational data as requested* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedClaim Management* Capture customer's complaints / complaint notifications in QNS system.* Handle return of goods (after Approval of BU SCM), process return in SAP WINS* Create credit and debit notes
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
