The Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Management Information (MI) Team joins the Global FCC Risk & Controls team. MI team will have the responsibility of providing Accurate, Timely and Detailed Management Information reports to Global, Regional and Specialty FCC functions as well as Business specific MI. Specifically, the role offersA challenging position with exposure and interface with members of FCC Management Committee including the Global Head, Regional Heads and Specialty Heads and other key business and compliance stakeholders across the Bank and a Global, dynamic and fast developing environment.Responsibility to provide Leadership to the centralized Management Information Reporting Team for FCC which includes People Management for a team of 6-8 team members.Ensuring smooth, accurate and timely delivery of various MI decks by coordinating with global stakeholders and following up for completion. This includes Data Analytics in an effort to identify trends and opportunities for program enhancement, preparation of executive summary, ensuring consistency and documentation of MI reporting and procedures;Maintenance of the MI SharePoint and Intranet pages and other general FCC MI responsibilities, as needed.You OfferThis role requires excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills in order to execute Management Information Reporting function in line with globally established standards and methodology. The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications and skillsBachelors Degree required; (in Finance, Law or Economics), Master s Degree preferred;Prior experience in a similar position in an international environment preferably in a financial services or regulated industryPrior experience of Financial Crime Compliance, Sanctions, PEPs, Anti-corruption, Transaction monitoring, regulatory and legal framework etc.Prior experience in team management;Ability to work in a global environment by coordination and collaboration with various leaders across the organizationVery good interpersonal and organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to short term changesVery good writing, analytical and qualitative skills with attention to detailAbility to understand, learn quickly and multi-taskProactive approach, willing to suggest and develop new ideasVery good Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and OutlookFluent in EnglishAbility and willingness to work in EMEA shift.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
