o Lead and organize worko Ensure that the team is aligned to overall operations objectives o To ensure due oversight and controls over the daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly processes covered by the team.o To ensure due oversight and controls over the Bangalore processes. Maintenance of joint issue log. Chair weekly meetings to review this. o Ensure adequate number of resources are cross-trained across the various streams to ensure seamless process delivery o Plan, allocate, assist and review of workload, which is to be achieved by training, motivating and providing a career plan to staffo Responsible for delivery of all Client Bespoke reporting accurately and within specified timeframes o Responsible for interacting with various business areas to determine automation needs and provide ongoing systems supporto Play a key role in reviews and checks o Assist in preparing and implementing Business Continuity Planso Review and improve on productivity benchmarks on ongoing basis o Advise junior staff on resolution of problemso Manage the performance of employees within the team o Manage and maintain Key Performance Indicators for the functional areas under their controlo Escalate issues to onshore location when appropriate o Maintain training matrix for the team.o A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Financial Services environment, preferably, 3 years in related activities. AND should have been in the current role minimum 2 years.o Experience in client support is mandatory to be considered for this role. o Highly flexible Working in different shiftso Knowledge of capital markets essential with the knowledge of the investment management/asset servicing industry (preferable). SKILLSEssential -o Strong client services / financial services/ capital markets work experience or equivalent knowledge o Demonstrate/Exhibit through examples/evidence of strong operations knowledge including secondary review & controls, risks & mitigationo Demonstrated client servicing capabilities and excellent communication skills. o Must be resilient to pressure and have the ability to adapt quickly.o Accuracy and attention to details at all times, and effectively manage deadlines and client expectations. o Demonstrate/exhibit through examples/evidence excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work across functions & BUs, decision making, mentor/coach team members, manage conflict/problem solving and leadership with global teamso Has understanding of regulation and risk environment as it applies to the team
