Responsibilities Supervising day to day operations and manage a team of 10-15 Analysts.Continually reviewing each individual sub-process to ensure it is being completed in the most efficient manner.Generate daily and monthly production reports.Responsible for work allocation, detailed report analysis and preparation and related activities.Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure all information relevant to the job is received within the timelines.Ensure timely and accurate resolutions to all mails received.Timely follow-up on open items as any delay in operations has a risk tied to it.Resolve escalated queries in a timely manner.Responsible for miscellaneous job related duties as assigned by departmental supervisor or manager including special projects.Assisting with on-the-job training of new and existing employees motivate & develop subordinates.To improve employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.Building and maintaining a positive image of Ocwen and the promotion of Ocwen s services and benefits.Key Result Areas Ensuring qualitative and quantitative standards set for processes below are met Maintain MI Claim filing & document submission Rate for the department at 100%Ensure QA guidelines / scores are met by the team.Achieve Productivity, Variability & all other metrics based on targets approved by the Senior ManagementComplete ad hoc projects when necessary by the given deadlines accurately.Contain attrition as per set standards. QualificationsGraduate degree from an accredited university is required. B.Com preferred. (relevant PG degree will be an advantage)This position requires 3-4 years of experience in subprime lending, banking, finance, default services, underwriting, MI / Conventional claim handling.Established experience in Windows applications. ( Must be highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Access)Strong analytical, time management, decision making & multi-tasking skills.Should be able to analyze, interpret & prepare complex reports and related activities.Strong interpersonal skills - must be organized, have the ability to adapt & learn quickly.Should be an effective team player & a motivating leader.Should not be on active counseling.Should have an Appraisal rating offor lateral movement and and above for vertical in the last completed performance cycle.Should have completed 9 months in the current position and 1 year in the organization.If applied for the same IJP in the past three months, need not reapply.
