Support Site Program Manager on GBS back office activity coordination Coordinate / Drive Quotation preparation, CTB report, EOL etc. with GBS/Site CFT and global supply base Support production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through leadership and expertise. Oversee/ Coordinates program activities with all inter-departments ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to Deliverable timelines ESS, GPSC, VAS, AP/AR etc. Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met Prepares program reports for management, client, or others. Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature. Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports. May collect and prepares information for use in discussion/meetings of management staff and outside individuals. May input customer's responses to the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Assists in the review of program proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and other CFT members to understand customer metrics and how the account is performing on KOIs. Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results with in GBS / SITE CFT team Organize, plan and direct program schedules and monitor Drive for customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions related to GBS activity. Occasional travel to site locations.Manages the Team of Junior PM in GBS Typically requires a Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Science or Management or equivalent experience in addition to 3 years experience in a manufacturing or related Industry.Demonstrates advanced knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flextronics policies and procedures. Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions. Use of the following tools may be required Office Skills telephones, data entry, and office software to include, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation package and database systems. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external management
