Key ResponsibilitiesBuild the sales pipeline for enterprise and SMB account executivesManage a team of Sales Development ExecutivesManage and develop lead pipeline to deliver a quota of qualified opportunities to the Sales teamExecute and monitor marketing and demand generation plans which will maximize lead to opportunity conversion (including training, coaching, and process improvements);Monitor and evaluate the performance of lead generation programsCollaborate with the Sales Managers, Directors and Marketing dept. on campaigns to assist with nurturing the existing lead databaseMonitor KPIs (individual and Team)Motivate team to achieve targets and recognize top performersFind way to improve conversions and keep the team on a forward trajectoryGeneral Data analysis and recommendations for improvementCommunicate challenges to senior leadershipPeople Management Grievance addressable, Conflict Management, Mentoring etc.Determine appropriate headcount to manage inbound lead volumes and maximize conversionsRecruitment and hiring of Sales Development ExecutivesManage individual professional development.Qualifications 3+ years of sales management experience (preference given to those with experience in lead qualification/sales development experience and/or multi-tier management)Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environmentExperience selling into global markets (particularly North American markets), not just local to IndiaSuccessful track record in both a high volume transaction sales environment as well as a consultative/solution sales environmentInvolvement with recruiting, hiring and training customer facing/sales employeesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with a CRM solution (preferably and experience with various lead vendor technologiesWillingness to work North American shift hours to meet the needs of the business demand.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
