Primary Responsibilities - Daily monitoring on attendance, work allocations, shift schedules adherence.Attend all business calls/meetings per tiered accountability structure. report out actions on ageing disputes and drive coordination with CBMs,site coordinators & finance directors reach out to customer and drive behaviors on disputesMonitor productivity for every team member on daily basis and capture/document if any deviations. Daily report out productivity data for the team (along with SL analysis).volume assignment & capacity utilization across team customer profile assignment and periodically review the challenges and resolution percentageReport out and take actions on any IT/system outage issues. Coach and mentor team members. Conduct Tier 1 meeting.Drive all safety guidelines within the team. Need to adhere all process compliance guidelines and follow process standard work.Assisting team members with process clarification and work like buddy mentor. Working on customer and business escalations.Conduct daily process audit and process Gemba. Daily work allocation and assignment/monitoring progressAdditional Responsibilities- Coordinate with HSE SPOCs and arrange safety meetings/trainings (training should be done within timeline) for the team.Maintain process training tracker and identify cross training/refresher trainings. Make sure all trainings are being communicated to the Trainer, so that the credits can be added and it can be tracked.Audit team member standard work (weekly) and review with them as & when required. Conduct monthly 11 with the team members. Capture and help team members career progression and maintain development plans. Prepare Monthly AES for team members. Conduct Mid year and Final year PDS discussions. Goal settings for direct reports. Plan & Coordinate team building activities.Manage HOS VM (team board) and cubicles.Qualification- Any Graduate with 3-4 years experience in the order management field.Previous experience in Calls process. Out of the box thinking in automation of manual process and HUE/kaizens to improve productivity and reduce cycle time Thorough knowledge on Returns process and knowledge on handling disputes, knowledge on end to end order entry processes is an added advantage.Knowledge of basic and advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Prior experience in SAP and/or SFDC will be added advantage
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | B.Sc. (Science) | BCA (Computer Application)
