Managing a team of Sales Executives.Achieving sales targets.Developing sales strategies and setting target.Doing cold calls and ensuring database is generated to achieve salesResponsible for retention in team and reducing attrition; if any. Collecting market feedback and provide periodic updates to the management for formulation of policy & strategy.Actively driving and ensuring sale target achievement, management of sales/ support function and timely work completion of customers.Desired CandidateMinimum 2 years in Sales with 1 year in Direct sales.Must possess an Android phone.Dotcom experience preferred.Excellent sales and negotiation skillsGood business senseExcellent communication and 'people skills'Good planning and organisational skillsThe ability to work calmly under pressureMeeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
