Induction and Orientation of New JoineesMonitor and control the projects assignedMeeting with the Manager Sales, Installation Engg, COB Engineer with the Client whenever required.Ensure that all projects achieve the targeted profit goals and meet customers expectations.Ensure all projects are executed on time according to customer contract terms and conditionsBe responsible in making sure that estimates at completion are forecasted accurately for all projects on a monthly basis Control the project schedule and ensure timely material delivery at site.Be proactive and make certain that internal and external engineering questions are answered quickly and clearly to the clients in order to keep the material delivery on schedule Maintain excellent customer relations. Handle all customer correspondence related to the assigned projects.Strictly follow established project management guidelines. Maintain organized project documentation. Document and clearly correspond the companys position to protect the company s interests.Review all projects performance weekly and flag any problems or potential problems upon discovery.Knowledge and review of contractual agreements of each project. When necessary, negotiate contractual scope of work items for each project.Communicate with Developers/Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Contractors in a clear, accurate, and concise fashion.Directly responsible for representing the Intsallation team from Administartion perspectiveMonitor the team reporting to you and ensure the work is completed by team as per daily assignmentsMonitor the field staff performance as per the assigned timelinesMonitor that all the reports are updated and sent on time by the team
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
