Job Details

Ensure timeliness & discipline among reporting Credit Officers.Ensure that reporting Credit Officers report to the branches as per the schedule shared by PM.Ensure that all reporting Credit Officers have cordial relations with their Loan Officers & PMs.Ensure maximum productivity is delivered by reporting Credit Officers by daily & weekly planning & reporting.Guide & train reporting Credit Officers on aspects like assessment, underwriting, policies etc. required for effectively discharging their day to day activities.Resolve queries of reporting Credit Officers in a timely manner.Shadow all reporting Credit Officers to understand the challenges faced by them on field and guide accordingly.Conduct weekly one to one with all reporting's and reviews the officer's performance on a regular basis.UnderwritingEnsure end to end verification of facts presented by LO through 100% customer visit as defined in the policy by self & team.Ensure error free forms are sent to RO by self & team (Ensure IL QC norms, procedure & policy criteria are met).Ensure necessary escalations and approvals are sought for all deviation cases by self & team.Visit cases being underwritten by reporting Credit Officers where the CO/LO/PM see more risk.Sample visit cases approved by reporting Credit Officers to review the quality of cases underwritten by them.Double check sample files approved by reporting Credit Officers to review the quality of QC.Portfolio QualityPAR% and DR % of branches handled by self & team.FTOD Follow up and Collections by self & team.Branch Credit Score branches handled by self & team.Non Starter cases underwritten by self & team.Audit Score in Financial Analysis and Documentation for branches handled by self & team.Review portfolio quality of cases underwritten by all the reporting Credit Officers and share observations & feedback on an ongoing basis.Self Development, Initiatives & DisciplineFeedback on Policies and New Initiatives.Clearing IIBF Exam / Value Addition in Profession / Education.Punctuality, Discipline in the field.Interested.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
